Bluetooth: host: Fix hci_le_remove_iso_data_path direction parameters 



The path_dir variable of BT_HCI_OP_LE_REMOVE_ISO_PATH must be bitflags,
with the following meaning:
- BIT(0) : DIR_HOST_TO_CTLR
- BIT(1) : DIR_CTLR_TO_HOST
