samples: tracing: Skip broken percepio test case

The percepio build seems to have a bug and fail whenever the major, minor
or patchlevel numeric value is 0:

Invalid version specified: major: 3, minor: 5, patchlevel: 0

Disable the sample until a proper fix is available.
