boot: zephyr: Config mimxrt1020_evk and mimxrt1050_evk_qspi 



The mimxrt1020_evk and mimxrt1050_evk_qspi boards have large
slots so we need to increase CONFIG_BOOT_MAX_IMG_SECTORS from
the default.
