dts: st: generation of the sm32 pinctrl dtsi files

Generates the .dtsi files for the stm32 devices based on the
https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32_open_pin_data


Subset of official release STM32CubeMX 6.14.0
Note that many debug_njtrst_pb4 pins are added
