stm32cube: stm32wlxx: disable SUBGHZ module 

This is to support
https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/pull/36573

, which does not
use the SUBGHZ HAL. Excluding the SUBGHZ HAL module to avoid register
redefinition errors.
