stm32cube: stm32n6: Add fsbl fix 



To use FSBL mode, add the following fix:
-Remove CMSE_NS_ENTRY modifier, which requires enabling
CONFIG_ARM_FIRMWARE_HAS_SECURE_ENTRY_FUNCS
