南科大是因为去行政化出名，但学校还是建了一栋独立的行政楼。在行政楼中长期办公的除了校领导和行政人员，主要还有校宣传部，信息中心和校园卡服务中心：如果需要**挂失，补办校园卡**，需要去行政楼一楼的校园卡服务中心办理。
