scWGCNA is a bioinformatics workflow and an add-on to the R package [WGCNA](https://horvath.genetics.ucla.edu/html/CoexpressionNetwork/Rpackages/WGCNA/) to perform weighted gene co-expression network analysis in single-cell or single-nucleus RNA-seq datasets.
