-- Unit Test changes: 

-- Enable disabled stims in .nirs file in unit tests to accommodate the new Snirf stim which does not save stim states in snirf files and therefore does not transfer stim states to .snirf when converting from other formats.
-- Create new Homer2 benchmark data processing output
-- Remove unnecessary CleanUp at end of UnitTestsAll which calls CleanUp at exit time through userInterrupt_Callback.
-- Remove unnecessary config file settings in CleanUp which were already being done in UnitTestsAll itself.
-- Add DEBUG2 global to unit tests to allow running abbreviated version of unit tests to test the clean up after unit test exits
