-- Add syncSubmodules utility tool and supporting functions to sync shared libraries with their standalone counterparts
-- Copy latest versions of standalone libraries DataTree and Utils to AtlasViewer using new syncSubmodules tool.
-- Change setpaths to work with new submodules.
-- Add README documentation describing how to update DataTree and Utils shared libraries
