scsi: myrb: Fix inconsistent format argument types

Fix the following warnings:

[drivers/scsi/myrb.c:1052]: (warning) %d in format string (no. 1)
	requires 'int' but the argument type is 'unsigned int'.
[drivers/scsi/myrb.c:1052]: (warning) %d in format string (no. 2)
	requires 'int' but the argument type is 'unsigned int'.

	requires 'int' but the argument type is 'unsigned int'.

	requires 'int' but the argument type is 'unsigned int'.
