Pull watchdog fixes from Wim Van Sebroeck:
 "This fixes several Kconfig dependencies, a compilation warning in
  pcwd_usb, a failure to abort the sp805 wdt after a ping and the
  max63xx wdt's MODULE_LICENSE"
