Pull powerpc fixes from Michael Ellerman:
 "Fixes marked for stable:
   - Prevent unlikely crash in copro_calculate_slb() (Frederic Barrat)

  Fixes for code merged this cycle:
   - Fix boot on systems with uncompressed kernel image (Heiner Kallweit)
