btrfs: rename btrfs_setxattr to btrfs_setxattr_trans 



Rename btrfs_setxattr() to btrfs_setxattr_trans(), so that do_setxattr()
can be renamed to btrfs_setxattr().
Preparatory patch, no functional changes.
