Pull Kbuild fixes from Masahiro Yamada:

 - remove state comment in modpost

 - extend MAINTAINERS entry to cover modpost and more makefiles

 - fix missed building of SANCOV gcc-plugin

 - replace left-over 'bison' with $(YACC)

 - display short log when generating parer of genksyms
