ARM: shmobile: koelsch legacy: Add QSPI support



Enable support for the Spansion s25fl512s SPI FLASH on the Koelsch board:
  - Add QSPI platform device, resources, platform data, and pinmux,
  - Add FLASH data and MTD partitions.
