Pull "ASPEED devicetree updates for 4.15" from Joel Stanley:

 - Cleanups of the ASPEED device trees
 - Enable the i2c bus on all platforms
 - Turn VUART on for BMC platforms
 - Bind watchdog two for compatilbiy with shipping u-boot
