ASoC: SOF: Intel: add SoundWire support for ADL-S 



Expand SOF support for Alder Lake by adding ACPI machine tables
for ADL-S systems with SoundWire codecs. Modify kernel config
to choose SND_SOC_SOF_INTEL_SOUNDWIRE_LINK_BASELINE for these
platforms.
