RDMA/bnxt_re: Remove set but not used variable 'dev_attr'

Fixes gcc '-Wunused-but-set-variable' warning:

commit 8dae419f ("RDMA/bnxt_re: Refactor queue pair creation code")
involved this, but not used, so remove it.
