dt-bindings: serial: sh-sci: Document r8a7744 bindings 



RZ/G1N (R8A7744) SoC also has the R-Car gen2 compatible SCIF, SCIFA,
SCIFB, and HSCIF ports, so document the SoC specific bindings.
