staging: rtl8723bs: Remove unnecessary braces for single statements



Clean up multiple unnecessary braces around single statement blocks in
drivers/staging/rtl8723bs/core/rtw_mlme.c
Issues reported by checkpatch.pl as:
WARNING: braces {} are not necessary for single statement blocks or
WARNING: braces {} are not necessary for any arm of this statement
