dmaengine: Revert "dmaengine: add COMPILE_TEST for the drivers" 



We have build failures attributed to turning on COMPILE_TEST, so revert
commit 90082cd3: ("dmaengine: add COMPILE_TEST for the drivers")
while we fix these.
