microblaze: Wire up defconfig to mmu_defconfig



Without this, "make defconfig" fails with

*** Can't find default configuration "arch/microblaze/defconfig"!

All other architectures either set KBUILD_DEFCONFIG, or provide
arch/*/defconfig.
