Pull udf, quota, ext2 fixes from Jan Kara:
 "UDF:
   - fix an oops due to corrupted disk image
   - two small cleanups

  quota:
   - a fixfor lru handling
   - cleanup

  ext2:
   - a warning about a deprecated mount option"
