[media] v4l: Mark VIDIOC_SUBDEV_G_CROP and VIDIOC_SUBDEV_S_CROP obsolete 



These two IOCTLS are obsoleted by VIDIOC_SUBDEV_G_SELECTION and
VIDIOC_SUBDEV_S_SELECTION. Mark them obsolete.
