arm: mach-mvebu: add entry to MAINTAINERS 



The new mach-mvebu directory will be maintained by Andrew Lunn and
Jason Cooper (as the existing maintainers for previous Marvell EBU
SoCs) together with Grégory Clément for the Armada 370/XP SoCs.
