ARM: dts: omap3: Add DTS for Logic PD SOM-LV 37xx Dev Kit



Fixes: ("ab8dd3ae ARM: DTS: Add minimal Support for Logic PD
DM3730 SOM-LV")

This adds the dts file into the Makefile. This should have been included in
the original patch.
