time: Remove development rules from Kbuild/Makefile (65f26062) · Commits · 戴 / test

time.o gets rebuilt unconditionally due to a leftover Makefile rule which was placed there for development purposes. Remove it along with the commented out always rule in the toplevel Kbuild file.
