Required properties:
- compatible: "fsl,imxXX-nand"
- reg: address range of the nfc block
- interrupts: irq to be used
- nand-bus-width: see nand.txt
- nand-ecc-mode: see nand.txt
- nand-on-flash-bbt: see nand.txt
