ata: PATA_ARASAN_CF depends on DMADEVICES

Fix kconfig unmet dependency warning:

warning: (PATA_ARASAN_CF && VIDEO_TIMBERDALE && SND_SOC_SH4_SIU) selects DMA_ENGINE which has unmet direct dependencies (DMADEVICES)
