staging: rtl8188eu: rename parameters of Hal_MappingOutPipe() - style



Rename parameters of Hal_MappingOutPipe() in header to avoid CamelCase
and match the names used in the function definition in hal_com.c.
pAdapter -> adapter
NumOutPipe -> numoutpipe
