mm/memory.c: convert to DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE

The preferred strategy to define debugfs attributes is to use the
DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE() macro and to use debugfs_create_file_unsafe().
