ALSA: hda - Enable PC-beep for EeePC with ALC269 codec



EeePC 1001HAG has a similar problem like other ASUS machine, which doesn't
set the codec SSID properly for indicating the beep capability.
To enable PC-beep again, put this to the whitelist.
