[IPSEC]: Add compatibility algorithm name support 



This patch adds a compatibility name field for each IPsec algorithm.  This
is needed when parameterised algorithms are used.  For example, "md5" will
become "hmac(md5)", and "aes" will become "cbc(aes)".
