ieee1394: ieee1394_core.c: use DEFINE_SPINLOCK for spinlock definition



drivers/ieee1394/ieee1394_core.c: Define spinlock using
DEFINE_SPINLOCK instead of assignment to SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED
