Nest: Handle unresolvable routes as invalid

Handle unresolvable routes (recursive routes that cannot be resolved) as
invalid, i.e. deprioritize tham and do not allow them for propagation.
Such route now shows as 'unresolvable' instead of 'unreachable'.
