tests/mgmt/mcumgr/zcbor_bulk: Use ZCBOR_MAP_DECODE_KEY_DECODER 



Replaces ZCBOR_MAP_DECODE_KEY_VAL with ZCBOR_MAP_DECODE_KEY_DECODER
in test and adds equivalency test between
ZCBOR_MAP_DECODE_KEY_VAL and ZCBOR_MAP_DECODE_KEY_DECODER.
