drivers: watchdog: esp32: Use common Kconfig option to disable at boot 



Instead of relying on CONFIG_WDT_ESP32_DISABLE_AT_BOOT, use
CONFIG_WDT_DISABLE_AT_BOOT that's available for all watchdog timers.
