dts: bindings: arm: nordic,nrf-ficr: add #nordic,ficr-cells 



Add a new #nordic,ficr-cells property, so that we can specify a FICR
offset in a phandle-array, e.g.

  nordic,ficrs = <&ficr 0xff>;
