unittest: add COMPILER_WARNINGS_AS_ERRORS handling 



Add a check to set the warnings_as_errors flags in unit tests if
CONFIG_COMPILER_WARNINGS_AS_ERRORS is specified, this should catch
warnings in unit test twister runs.
