drivers: flash: spi_nor: adds missing PP and Read cmd defines

Adds:
* PP and Read 4-Byte command defines
* PP 1-1-2 define
* Missing 1-2-2 (0xBB) and Read Fast (0x0B) command defines

Re-arranges the commands so that they stay in order.
