modem: hl7800: validate IPv4 DNS addr len for IPv6

If the IPv6 DNS address is not a valid address, DNS will fallback
to the IPv4 DNS address.
Fix copying the IPv4 address to the IPv6 address by using
the IPv6 address destination length.
