net: openthread: Select ECDSA when SRP is enabled 



SRP client and server require ECDSA to be enabled otherwise the build
fails. Select OPENTHREAD_ECDSA for both OPENTHREAD_SRP_CLIENT and
OPENTHREAD_SRP_SERVER options.
