boards: arm: apollo4p_blue_kxr_evb: Enable I2C. 



This commit enables I2C instance for apollo4p_blue_kxr_evb board.
Also adds pin configuration for each instance.
IOM4 is used for Bluetooth HCI-SPI inside of chip.
So no i2c4_default is defined.
