board: arm64: fvp_baser_aemv8r_smp: Increase CONFIG_MAX_THREAD_BYTES 



Increase CONFIG_MAX_THREAD_BYTES to 3 to fix the build issue on
tests/drivers/build_all/modem/ test case.
