modules/MCUboot: Fix missing dependency 



The CONFIG_MCUBOOT_BOOTLOADER_MODE_DIRECT_XIP has been missing
select of CONFIG_MCUBOOT_BOOTLOADER_MODE_HAS_NO_DOWNGRADE.
