boards: cc1352r*/cc26x2r1*: enable MPU and hw stack protection 



This enables 'ARM_MPU' and 'HW_STACK_PROTECTION' for the following Texas
Instruments LaunchPad development boards:

- CC1352R1 LaunchXL
- CC1352R SensorTag
- CC26x2R1 LaunchXL
