Bluetooth: samples: Add hexiwear_k64 and frdm_k64f to tests 



The introduction of device tree broke bluetooth sample builds for the
hexiwear_k64 and frdm_k64f boards. Add these boards to the peripheral_hr
test so this doesn't happen again.
