Bluetooth: Mesh: Print UUID with correct endianess

bt_uuid_str expects UUID in little endian while UUID encoded into
unprovisioned mesh beacon is encoded in big endian. sys_memcpy_swap will
change endianess of uuid so that bt_uuid_str can be used.
