dts: arm: nxp: Add dtsi for RT1024



The default flexram configuration for RT1024:
  - ITCM  0x0,         64KB
  - DTCM  0x20000000,  64KB
  - OCRAM 0x20200000,  128KB

Embedded 4-MB QSPI flash (via flexspi1)
